Dr. Carlos is graduated on the top of the 4 years resident career of surgery at the General Hospital of Tijuana, he stood out for being a responsable surgeon, with excellent care of the patients, for hard work and dedication. He has been practicing surgeon for the last 3 years and join to the high bariatric surgeon in Tijuana, now as a Chief for the Bariatric Center.
